Breath Work

As we enter into our fourth week of quarantine or cocooning, I’d like to ask you how are you breathing?

Are you filling up your lungs with air regularly each day?
Can you fill your lungs up with air or are you stuck in fear and anxiety?
Can you move out of that fear and breath not only into your lungs but into your tummy and torso?
