How Are You Boosting Your Immune Health?

What Ways Are You Preparing For The Change Of Season?

It seems the cooler days have arrived.
We are spending more time together and with that brings sniffles and colds!
What steps are you taking to boost your immune health as we ease towards
the winter months?

Eat root vegetables.
Food from the earth may give you more nutrients
and taste great when cooked
in a stew for extra warmth.

Hydrate with Lemon and Ginger
Start your day with a cup of warm lemon and ginger.  It will freshen your system and give you a boost of vitamin C.  Ginger is known for it’s antiviral effects and calms the digestive system too!

Clean Your House
The change of season is a great time to give your house a deep clean.
Clear out clothes and items you no longer use.
Look at the products you use.
 Are they eco friendly?
How good for your health are they?
Most of all do they do the job of keeping your house clean?

Put Yourself First
We’ve been through lockdowns and now petrol crisis
along with all our other responsibilities.
What self care steps are you taking?
